Like I have mentioned previously, Autoruns (Startup) and Non-Microsoft services are all turned off. Still can only boot into Safemode, and have freeze on Lockscreen.

I have tried to turn off all non-Microsoft Services in Msconfig and Startup apps in App-manager, but the problem still persists.
