Update: So I tried a 15 pin D on some other displays and it worked.
But the TV only has an HDMI input. So do you think an HDMI to 15p adapter would work?

Went back to Falcon support, he diagnosed that one slot or card is going south.
This kinda fits, the unit works for 3 hours then fails when it heats up, not that hot though, just...

I have two NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 cards, with I hope, NVIDIA Windows 10 v358.50 driver.

Today it was running fine with four screens, acer V233w, full of charts from Ninja Trader,...

Now I installed the Nvidia GeForce Windows 10 driver!!
But no joy, it can start with 4 monitors but after awhile I lose two which are not discoverable.

This appears to be a global change to the UAC effectively disabling it.
