Found a solution to my problem
I had to link my Microsoft account with my administrator account. now I can access it all and it seems like the problem is fixed now

Homegroup makes it easier for you to share data between your PC's. Also it makes printer sharing or printing over the network a breeze.
You can select what data you want to share over...

I created a home group on my desktop while I had windows 7 installed... (I can not remember the password)
Now after Upgrading to Windows 10 I can't access it... not from 1 of the PC's...
