yeah i tried to update from the device manager, and every update option, it says that the correct driver is already installed. :(

i did a clean install of windows 10, and it is all good, until i tried some audio. it simply didn't work.

Looking further, on the device manager i had:

and in the system devices...

there is no option. i cant get past the login prompt. all the functions on the window dvd is to restore an image, a booting fixing thing (which doesn't fix my issue), and the command prompt. sorry...
