    Try moving your window

    Try moving your window right to the edge then close then open again, it should be flush to the edge.

    I've managed to do so for a couple of PCs.

    Found a fix

    Go download winaero tweaker, search for borders and reduce border width and border padding (this is key) to zero.

    Close and reopen your program, it should now be flush to the edge of screen.
