ClassicShell can do this, as well as offering a ton of customizability to the start menu. Great program over all.

I am not saying this from personal experience. It's simply a well known fact. Google it! Also, how do you know you don't have a problem? Trojans generally don't come with a neat little notification.

What is the -w for? Your link doesn't show any parameters for "formal", and it also says this, which makes me worry: "Running an assessment without parameters may result in system performance...

I would not use utorrent. It installs trojans and malware on your system.
