For #2 add: Directory Report
It looks just like the MS-Explorer but always shows the folder size
Finds duplicate files too

Berton: Right clicking on folders gets very tiresome very quickly
Thats why a separate tool is necessary

This is not possible using Explorer (Used to be in older versions of Windows)
You have to use a separate tool
