that is not a solution its just resetting the factory defaults. whatever caused it will cause it again. Glad for you if you're happy with it in the mean time. I have no interest in redefining...
I downloaded free mp4 to mp3 converter from cnet yesterday and ESET gave me a warning so I let it delete the file and did not install it. Every boot after that or hitting f5/refresh completely resets...

after running the .bat, as auto-discovery still seems active it resets the folder to music when I open it again.
after having them reset though and then going to the parent folder and applying...
I can open the properties on any folder, and go to the "customize" tab and "optimize" it, whatever that thinks it means..
And it does nothing.
I really don't like how windows tries to auto-read...
