It no longer works on Windows 10 pro version 20H2

One other option reset Microsoft store. Google it if you don't know how.

Try running an in place upgrade or I'd bite the bullet and do a format c: and start anew

mome of your dism commands were the same as this

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:repairSource\install.wim

try DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:repairSource\install.wim

it can be recovered using system restore by going to settings update and security then recovery

I ran into that problem and deleted the greyed out restore points in...

C:\Windows\System32\sdclt.exe /BLBBACKUPWIZARD

I reset Microsoft Store if you're not sure how to do that google it.

I did a Microsoft store reset and that fixed it for me
