You could try open ComputerManagement tool (via startmenu win10) , In this tool Click Shared Folders, and delete the Shared folder that you already deleted. Restart Windows. Now it should be gone...

Nice solution! I implemented this in my network computers and it works great. It's easier than manually restarting like I did after each reboot via Taskmanager. Thank you for sharing this!
Open Taskmanager, go to tab Services, right-click the service FDResPub, select Restart service. Now the Network should become visible again. Pls let me know if your problem is solved now.
