Sounds like you have a GUI issue.
If a complete shutdown and restart doesn't fix the issue.
Might need to reinstall Video Drivers?
Can you post a screenshot?

It's not possible, due to Touch Screen spacing.
One of the biggest issues I have seen people have with Windows since Vista is treating Windows like XP.
Windows hasn't been like XP since Vista, and never will be.
Advice to any who read this:...
Just an FYI for anyone that is looking into WiFi for their Pi.
If you ever plan on streaming any kind of video, such as from a PiCam.
The WiFi module listed above won't cut it.
You need no less...

In my opinion, defrag utilities like that aren't needed anymore, since Win Vista. The system defrags in the background by default, yes i know only certain size files. but, I have not noticed any need...
Running in a Boot to VHDX on Surface Pro. And I love it. I still changed to the full desktop experience, (not Metro), I didn't hate metro, but I like the new start menu better. And touch is a lot...
I'm sorry, I don't get it.
I have reinstalled Win10 several times in VHD cause I was having issues with getting it setup for VHD Boot on my Surface Pro. Which I do have setup now and it is...
That all depends. My bet is, All Apps is All Programs.
Go to your Start screen and go to the apps section.
that includes everything, including Desktop Applications.
So, that is All Programs.
Just an FYI, that is a similar screen shot from Build Conference 2014
They announced that this is what the start menu could look like, but no indication of when it would be released
So for now,...
Correct. XP is dead and 7 is already old.
I don't think we will see subscription with 9.
People will have to be lulled into it.
there will be backlash on a grand scale like there is with Win8.1....
There is no problem with the 2 separate accounts.
One Live Account, one Local Account or 50 each. Doesn't matter.
The reason for the Live ID Account is for synch across devices and Apps purchasing...
Actually, the whole Subscription thing will happen.
Look at Office 365. for Home users.
Full blown Office 2013 Plus. All of it. for $99 a year.
You also get 1TB per person of OneDrive space.

Hahaha,,, right,, Like I am going to use any OS that is dev'ed and released from Communist (will have zero issues with spying on anyone) China.
Holy cow, are you freaking insane?
If this is not...
Actually, the core is the same, the GUI parts are the difference. There are some other differences I am sure.
But, the unification of the OS across devices is a smart move.
This has all been...

Huh, if the OS is soooo cheap, why do they charge 3.5 times the amount for the hardware you could actually build yourself and install OSx on, but for the EULA which makes it illegal to do so. Please,...
Windows 9 will not be a cloud based OS.
Society as a whole is nowhere near ready for that.
2nd, It would not be a purely cloud based OS, as in VDI, or using your PC as a dumb terminal.
That will...
Yes, MS will always get flack. They are the dominate OS on the planet.
Windows 9 will change a lot from what 8 is.
Seeing as they are dedicated to the Desktop now. We will see a lot more App...
That is also one of the goals I do believe. And it is possible now, but they have to be coded in XNA I think.
It's still in it's infancy thought, I think.
And this is also my point about Windows.
Windows 8 is a step up and a step back from Win7.
It's not a horrible OS, and quite user friendly over Desktop/Laptop and Tablet (Surface Pro)
The concepts...
Sorry, but it doesn't work very well for home users, believe me.
All the synching back and forth and the bandwidth just to pull an app across, is very rough.
Not to mention, there are a lot of...
I do hope you realize that OSX is not free and never has been. Ever. Nor will it ever be free.
It has been a nominal fee for the OS and updates in the past, true, but, you were paying for the OS in...
I am glad they have a PortableApps version, this makes it easy to test and take with you anywhere.
However, I believe it still can cause document corruption when editing and sending back and forth...
