this update deleted/removed my NVIDIA control panel... (???) now how to get it back? If i go to microsoft store,it says that it is installed...

i tried installing that new windows update (win 10 2004), but when installing it hangs/freeze at 92%..
i left it for 2 hours,but it does not change
i dont no what to do now

this update boots into a black screen..it takes 5 minutes to show desktop/explorer.exe i cant uninstall241498
