it cant be at least for me. i uninstalled onedrive when i installed windows 10. btw i found a newer touchpad driver that works a little better. u can get it here ...

after downloading the process the process monitor from microsoft i concluded that the problem is caused by the synaptics touchpad driver. i got a different one, synaptics-v8_2_1 ,from here
