Which as I said works fine when it is NOT disabled. It has a bug where it uses a lot of CPU when disabled as pointed out earlier in this thread.
I did no files are corrupt. Works fine in .295 and does not work in .325. That is what it is based on lol. I open a program that uses .net and it just doesnt open and gives an error in event viewer....
That doesnt make sense as uninstalling the update solves the issue for me.
For everyone who installed this update please try and run any program that uses .net. It completely castrates .net. Going back to 295 fixes the issue. This update is crap.
Can anyone confirm if this fixes the ntoskrnl.exe latency spikes?
Related to the ntoskrnl dpc latency spikes. Regardless your machine AMD Intel Nvidia whatever the ntoskrnl spikes exist but vary in how hard hitting. The lowest I have seen so far is about 650-750ish...

Can any kind souls test and see if the ntoskrnl dpc latency spikes are resolved in this build? Run it for around 30 minutes just doing normal activities (latencymon) and see if you get 700+ spikes or...
