OldNewExplorer brings back old pre 180x black borders around explorer windows.

Also gets rid of the digusting ribbon and brings back old file explorer partly :)

Good fix.

Managed to get the Active and Inactive border both to be black on 1809. I believe it happened once I used OldNewExplorer.

Might want to give it a try ;-)
