Relatively fast install, under an hour but fixed my networking issue in windows sandbox and Hyper-V.

Install went relatively fast. I find I can't network connect in Hyper-V or Windows Sandbox now. There is no default adapter.

19555 is now taking a few minutes to shut down and has dropped my usb 3 camera connection. Every insider update has deleted my HP3055 printer driver.
installation was average at around one hour.

Fusion 360 is working again in this version. Fast upgrade.

Since 19028 Fusion 360 won't start on either computer. Other than that build appears stable.
