    The opposite here. I have both the pro version of SAS and MBAM but the latter don't pick up anything most of the time. Either MBAM isn't that good or I am doing the right thing whenever I am online....

    Windows Defender AV is enabled by default. Just stay with it for now. Just do regular scans with either SuperAntispyware or MalwareBytes and you're good.
