It was Fn + F1. So when I tried to reinstall it gave me the error message that my laptop could not use Windows 10 lol. And something about updating the BIOS. So, updated the BIOS. So far it's letting...
Reverted back to Windows 7 and trying a reinstall now.
Yeah that's the screen it shows. No change though. F1 is the key that switches displays but it didn't switch to laptop display either..
WinKey + P unfortunately does not work either. Have tried uninstalling the display drivers with no success either.
So that did the trick. I can see the desktop on the external monitor. However, I now can't seem to get it to recognize the laptop display.
