I only wanted it as another way to possibly fix this issue but its unnecessary now.
I have fixed this issue.
I turned the Format to 24Bits, 48000 Hz to combat a audio glitch in Anthem
When I turned it back up to 24Bits, 192000 Hz everything started working again.

I have an ASUS board, can I get this Sonic Studio?
Ok that is not surprising, I just hauled them out for a quick test, they are pretty old.
Not really, I have a laptop but it only has one audio jack not the three I need for these speakers.
I do have a smaller set of speakers (2 fronts and 1 sub) and the sub doesn't work on those either...

I had the center speaker unchecked as I was reading somewhere about a channel conflict but it didn't help.
