    I just realized that I haven't got an EVO R2.0,...

    I just realized that I haven't got an EVO R2.0, but just an EVO and the installed Bios version is the most recent. So the RAM is probably just incompatible.

    Thanks for the fast reply. I tried updating the BIOS, but the file doesn't show. I used a 2GB, FAT 32 formatted USB drive.

    My Mainboard broke recently so i bought the same one again and exchanged it. Now the problem is that Windows somehow decided to reserve 8GB of my 16GB RAM for Hardware. I've tried various fixes...
