Why does windows use so much more ram than what it says my account it using?
I'm fine with it being used but I just wanted to know what it is being use by.

When I play League of legends, my fps is around ~35 and task manager says that my gpu has around 20-40% usage.

I disconnected the RAM and reconnected it and also did the same with the C drive and D drive while i was at it. And i AFKed for around 15 minutes and when i came back i got the critical_process_died...

There weren't any updates from the link you have given me but i couldnt find anything related to my LITEON drive firmware.

I have checked the intel's latest drivers but have found no updates.

As to my LITEON drive firmware i wasnt able to find anything about it. No download links and no firmware update website for it.
