That did the trick. Just pulled the first stick that was at the front of puter and Win 10 installed just fine. Now to upgrade mem.

So when I tried to install Win10 from the "Create Media Disk" (USB) on Microsoft's website, It got so far and said it could not install because of a...

I already had it...

But I did click on "I don't have a key"

Windows would not install. Guess drive was bad.

Switching drives now.

OK guys... sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I decided to just reinstall Win10 but could not use built in recover/restore.
Actually partition table was screwed so I created a new one...

Burnt it to a USB drive using following setings:

Put USB drive into laptop, held down the "Assist"...
