After cleaning my laptop the fan now stopped its noisy activities. thanks everyone! now planning on resetting my laptop, do i need to reinstall drivers if i reset?

Do I need to reinstall my drivers after resetting my PC?

My laptop is 2years old now. I will try cleaning the fan first. This never happened to my laptop when it was in win 8.1. So i assumed that the overheating and fan spinning is caused by windows 10.

What is the normal Memory and Cpu Usage percentage for my laptop.
my processor is Intel i7-4500 CPU @ 1.80GHz (4CPus), ~2.4Ghz
and my RAM is 8.00GB

im running windows 8.1 before upgraded to windows 10 and I reset my PC. so clean install is still better than the reset I did?

oh 1 more thing. what's the difference of resetting my pc and performing a clean install? which is better

Refresh or Reset Windows 10 removes files in Drive C. or only the partition where the Windows 10 OS is installed?

I upgraded to windows 10 but now I want to roll back to windows 8.1. In the future if I want to perform a clean install in my laptop will my windows 10 still be activated?

Any solutions when the start menu tiles are not updating/changing. The tiles are live but they dont update.
