I just ran SeaTools for DOS, but it reports "No Hard Drives Found," so I'm assuming that's out as an option.

Just to clarify....I've tried to run SeaTools for Windows (as included on the rescue disk), to multiple FAIL messages. In this case, should I go ahead and get the DOS version, or is it not necessary?
