Edit: The issue is that you can’t install DotNet SDK 2.0.5 and 2.0.7 at the same time. Installing 2.0.7, which fixes the 5.0.10...
Thank you for this! I was able to get rid of the 5.0.10 (kb5006192) update following this method, but the 5.0.8 one (kb5004698) still appears and fails. I’ve resorted to using the Show or Hide...

Nor do I. But the exe is now called: win10-64bit-radeon-software-adrenalin-2019-edition-19.6.2-june24.exe

I guess AMD reissued this driver on Monday . . . since the date is changed now . . .

It appears that the latest Intel Graphics driver may have fixed this issue. At least as far as it affects this. SGX driver still has the problem, so watch when it updates.
BTW, also, this process must be repeated whenever the Intel Graphics driver updates, at least with regard to the 9NCGJX5QLP9M file. I presume it must be similar when the SGX driver updates too.
