Is your new PC in a different location than previously? If not then have you installed any mirrors or metal surfaces nearby? Both of these can affect Wi-Fi.

Pejole2165 - Thanks for reminding me. I had forgotten that my machine had integrated graphics. The OP must have a separate graphics card. Either way the OP has nothing to be concerned about.
Also there is memory "Hardware reserved". Your machine reserves very little (only 124 MB) so you are lucky. My HP machine "Hardware reserved" is 2.10 GB.
