So, my computer just rebooted after an automatic update (ugh), and the problem is back.. I don't have a process called FMAPP.exe, so I'm going to be trying other things now :(

Sorry, I didn't notice anything that stood out. I'm going to reinstall windows altogether, because I hate running on a restored system (leftover crap, etc).. But I'll keep an eye on this thread.
