-Checked the health/status of the SSD. I had CrystalDiskInfo installed and ran that, everything was all good
-Checked to see if there was another boot...

I checked an no firmware updates required. I tried with Fastboot in the BIOS enabled and disabled and it doesn't seem to make a difference.
