just to let you know the story.

I decided to reinitialize the os without deleting the personal files….A cuple of applications that had problems have been installed correctly and also printer...

Here is the Path runned as administrator.

I was at Telecommunication Division in New Street, Chelmsford.

version: 1803
installation date: 20/05/2018
os build: 17134.407
Windows update...

Since one week the installation of new applications stops...
