Ah I was able to get an Image restore to work. It didn't roll back after 3x this time. Even blue screened after the restore but thankfully worked again after a reboot.

So the drivers are just the IME ones, not the bios firmware ones.

Why would 15.xxx of the drivers work but 12.xxx is not compatible?

I read that post too. A deactivation works to install 20H2, but then you can't use it or enable it or it will bluescreen at every reboot as I found out a couple posts back.
