The problem appears to be caused by restarting whilst paragon Hard Disk Manager 17 is running a scheduled backup.

Posting in the paragon forums to try and find a solution.

I have always re-enabled using admin CMD - diskpart - automount enable which works perfectly until the reocurrance usually after a period of months
