Ctrl-Alt-Delete doesn't work.

Tried all of the suggestions in the post to no avail as well.

I'm at a loss here.

The desktop PC loads to the Windows Login Screen. When you click the mouse button or keyboard, the screen darkens as if the username and password boxes are going to appear but they don't.
