so how do i get it to open if it locked up and all i see id the background screen from win10 ? ive alreadt went through most the advanced setting to fix it and it still reboots to win 10 and locks...

thats the same kinda problem i got to, i go to hp dianostic and it say i have run it error no code and start up error also gives me no code but it wont let me reboot to win7 now .. :(
