I would suggest back-up everything and maybe do a clean install. From what I was told, that sound to me might sort out most of the issues. I am in no way an expert, so this is just me think out loud....

It doesn't allow me to Reset (Keep the data or Wipe the Data). It also doesn't allow me to go back to the previous build as it says that no previous build exists.

I proceeded with use device. IT picks up the USB. The it proceeds to installation and asks me for the Product Key. But I don't have one because of the upgrade from 8.1....
