Made sure to clean out all the heatsink. My AIO is using the stock goop, so I'd doubt there'd be much issues there. I'll pull out the compressed air and give it a clean regardless.

OK, looks like the issue is still occurring. A few seconds after I log in, it freezes and shows that same 'your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart'. When it restarts from that, it boots into...

sfc scan just finished and it seems to have fixed a few files. I'll see how it holds up. I'll also run a memtest just to see how things hold up.
