In bld 10.0.130, the question I saw in post# 1 is no longer asked during the install process.

The removal of that question completely closes this thread - it was a one build issue.

You have entirely mischaracterized the post. It is not a rant and it is not anti Microsoft. It is about opt-in marketing to allow any company, in this case Microsoft, to use your personal data....
