As of right now it seems to be doing good, it's been bsod free since yesterday morning whereas before it would crash every 2-3 hours whether I was using it or not. I am going to just leave it running...

It’s an Intel Card. From the file I provided, what was in it that lead you to believe I have a graphics driver issue?
Its a laptop, device manager says its an intel card.
Change it to what? According to device manager I am using the correct driver.
