Agreed I never even knew the cap was there until I found it poking around cox's website a couple weeks ago.

I don't think I've ever gone that far though I do tend to go over by about 30gb-50gb every month and haven't heard from cox so I seem to be in the same boat.

Honestly the horror stories I've heard about comcast customer service have put me off, and with several people regularly downloading games and watching Netflix I've never had to worry about the cap....
