Have you tried using the actual microsoft store instead of the website?

Part of the problem might be that its no longer available on the store, I am not seeing it when I search.

Is it ok to use secure delete on an ssd?

I felt like I read something before that secure erase methods are bad for ssds. But that's probably outdated now.

First you have to use a microsoft account for sign in.

Then I think it might be under settings > privacy > General > show me suggested content in the settings app

When did this issue start happening? Did you install any new software? Change any drivers?

When you updated your graphics driver, did you try the clean install/factory reset option?

Technology like computers aren't people. They don't get old and just slow down for no reason. There's always a cause.

Is your computer running too hot? what's your temps?

run user benchmark and see if it indicates that you're card is running at its expected performance.

Have you checked your temps with speccy or anything?

Since it is a desktop, I would choose the high performance power plan and turn off all power saving features. Meaning, don't let any device be turned off to save power. It always causes problems.
