Well, it's only been 2 days but after about 6 cold starts at different times all seems OK. Last step was the disabling of fast startup.
Personally I believe it was a combination of all the steps...

So far, after turning off fast start pc has started normally 2X. So I will wait and see if this continues before I try anything else. Thanks for all the replies. I will post back after a few days...
