I have both cases
Freezing randomly even when watching movies or navigate into hdd files
Sometimes freeze I should restart
And sometimes device disconnect

Could be faulty USB 3 port
BeCause I copy about 200 GB without any crash in my friend laptop

No I did test it on my friend laptop a few month back and I test it in pc when copying large files like 5 gb usb3 devices stops working and I should restart to use usb 3 devices again

i don't think it's power problem cuz i did some testing on live Windows disk

list of my tries to fix problem
1.disabled Suspend device in power option.
2.disabled legacy...
