Yeah while I was enabling secure boot in UEFI i noted that there was an option to enable fast boot, which said it was enabled.

Windows Update said it needed to reboot to install v1803, so I clicked the start menu and "Install updates and reboot" option.
When it had tried updating and rebooted, Windows update mentioned...

I successfully was able to do a "in place upgrade repair" using the 1607 iso file! So thank you for that. First success in a while :party:
