Looks like iolo has finally fixed the problem with their latest update.

I've been communicating iolo support. They want to arrange to remote-troubleshoot my computer, which I am not inclined to let them do (I don't want some stranger wandering around inside my computer).

For me, turning off Active Care has had no effect on the problem.

I've noticed the same issue since System Mechanic wanted to install an update. Iolo.com support suggested reinstalling the app, but it did no good. They have not responded to further inquiries about...
