Get the newest one, all of them are WHQL, each version is twice there because x86/x64.

You can, Intel Chipset "drivers" are not real drivers, just .inf files which give proper name to your devices.
Can you put custom files on the USB created by Media Tool (drivers etc.)? Just want to be sure it won't cause any issues...
