Just to be thorough, when the USB error popped up again I went to the device manager and screenshot everything that seemed relevant. This only appears after the "USB Device not recognized" error pops...
I got another bluescreen just now. I've attached the log.

I've reinstalled and updated my AMD drivers. Hopefully this helps.

I just got another BSOD. This is a different one than usual. I ran the log collector and attached the log below. Research seems to suggest that this is caused by an outdated graphics driver?
