after some more investigation i noticed a few things.
when i disable vt-d in my BIOS the blue screens are not happening anymore.
when a blue screen happens. i see this kinda events in my system...

it didnt realy help. i think it broke more then it repaired.
first it continued to try to boot windows but it was stuck in a repair loop.
now it immediately comes with an error code...
