Without giving away personal details i'd like to say that I sent my other laptop (which had a bad case of srtrrail.txt bluescreen) to the shop and usually the people at the shop would do the updates...

How long does it usually take for a reboot/upgrade to finish if it's done from the factory? Is it more than a day or so, I am just looking for answers on this so I don't have to go mad from waiting.

According to the people at the shop, it was due to not doing all of my updates which I thought I did. I don't know when it will get back from the factory.
