So even when logged in with an Local account, the option Family&Others would be missing if the Computer has Joined an Azure AD?

Hi it is his work PC for school, he started with ICT Studie.
But i bought it i could choose between professional and enterprise, so i thought why not then he can eventually do more and try things...
