I like VLC Player. Has the built in Equalizer to customize the sound. Love it!!!

Just yesterday I was experiencing this same issue with missing network protocols and I then changed my ethernet cable from one input to the next on the router and the problem was solved immediately....

Problem solved. Hardware issue. Plugged ethernet cable into another slot on router, internet fired right up! Thanks for all your feedback and helpfulness.

Still nothing! All my wifi connections work but my main system connected to the Ethernet does not.

I 2nd Hardware related!!! Open your case and check your memory modules. Pull each one out and then re-install each one. Always start with the minor simple things first!

Check and see what your Power Plan / Performance level is set to. I believe it's within Power Options.

You may need to do a Windows 10 Clean Install. I have done it and once I knew for sure I didn't want Win 7 any longer I then deleted my Windows.old folder and my system runs nice and fast!...
