Update.
I have 3 tv in my home. Two of them didnt show any image while pc booting but the newest Samsung Smart Tv did show so now Im booting in safe mode, if that wont help, reinstall windows....

I tryed to disconect components and seing if some of them are causing this. No luck so far

I did, I tryed few thing. Holding powerbutton while starting up, twice.. Hard shuting down 3 times.. Trying to hold win key while starting up to cause a stuck key alarm in bios.

You didnt read it carefully. I cant get past the first screen. Even login screen isnt showing. How it looks I cant enter recovery cuz microsofts fast startup! I cant even enter bios, cant boot my win...
